2.6 mile run back and forth between my house and the park.

i ran for an hour on my treadmill

I ran one mile and did shot exercises. Squats with 35 on each side / 4 sets - 10 reps per setLunges with 25 in each hand / 2 sets - 20 steps per set
Sorry Coach, I didn't run today. The surgeon told me I should take 5-7 days off from hard running, so I'll have to see how I'm doing on Tuesday

This is Couri, i was not able to run becuase i was not able to put alot of weight on my calf but i will run today for about 45 minutes!!!

I didn't have a chance to run on Saturday, but I ran 4.2 miles Sun morning
I ran only 6 miles on sat. due to my timing. and today i went out for a 9.5 mile run around noon.
I ran five miles. Didn't time myelf
